Dr. Roy brings nearly 20 years of clinical chiropractic practice, 15 years as a national board examiner, 30+ years in movement and dance, and real human presence to every engagement. She has led retreats for Essential Elevation across Canada and the United States — working with groups of 10–45 people on team building and personal development.
Her specialty is the nervous system — how the body holds stress, how it recovers, and how the right environment, movement, light, scent, and sound can shift an entire team from survival mode into thriving.
